Yaoi Challenge Day 14: Would you be seme or uke

First I have to clarify some things first. I'm pretty sure I have said what an uke and seme is but if you haven't been reading my posts or any yaoi, then here, I will explain it to you. I'm not going to go into great detail because well, I don't want to scar anybody who just happened to stumble on this post.

The Uke is basically the bottom in a gay relationship. In situations, he is the smallest one and technically makes sex easier because he is smaller. But in several manga's I've read, the mangaka decides to bend that. It makes the reader confused but think very hard. Its pretty funny actually! The literal japanese translation of uke is, (you wanna hear it?!) the receiver. If you are a very sick minded person like me, you will understand that term very well. Haha! :P

They really love to sterotype people. Most uke's are usually weak and cute. Yuki from the yaoi Kirai Janai Kedo, is more of the tough guy with glasses. He is on the student council and has alot of pride. This is when the seme would come and destroy the wall and make him only react to him. I just love the semes!

Anyways, the Seme is the dominant person in the relationship. He is usually bigger (yeah, he tends to be bigger down there two > u <) than the uke and does all the loving and.......eating. The literal japanese translation for seme is the attacker. Hey, do you want to know the term yaoi is actually called? I looked it up!

Yaoi stands for, Yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi (山[場]なし、落ちなし、意味なし) which is "No peak (climax), no fall (punch line/denouement), no meaning". I can totally understand! Most yaoi manga's only focus on the sexual aspect and have no plot whatsoever. I feel like a perv..... :P

Oh! One more thing, here is the fangirl version of what Yaoi stands for: Yamete, oshiri ga itai (やめて お尻が 痛い, which is "Stop, my ass hurts!" Hahahaha!!! > x <

As a normal girl I am, I went to my gay friend! I asked him if he would uke (bottom) or seme (top) and he told me it depends on the situation. If the guy was bigger, he would be the uke. If his boyfriend was smaller than he is, than he would be the seme in the situation.

I don't know........don't think I'm weird but I think I prefer the bottom. Don't judge me! It's natural for me, a girl, to be bottom. Unless, your lesbian, that's a different story.

This manga was interesting but totally cliche. This manga is one great example of a yaoi with no plot. It was ok. The art was ok too. Sadahiro Mika's manga's tend to be a bit dark and very seductive. I didn't mind.

Yaoi Challenge Day 8: Favorite love scene

*Warning: Rant coming up about Sex. If you blush everytime someone says Sex then, please just keep scrolling down. Maybe you might find something better*



I have no idea. Once again, I read too much! I fall in love with so many!! I have to be careful.......most scenes I like are sex scenes. Why? Don't think I'm a perv but I find that both the uke and seme confess their feelings or develop feelings for each other in the course of sex. It touches my heart and practically kills me! Usually the uke would start thinking about if he loves him and doesn't want to let go of his love but he is scared. The uke is like, "Please don't go" or "I....want you". It kills me!! > x < I'm betting the seme would just keep him for the whole night or even the next day. I'm just like, say you love him and the sex and your relationship will be better! Admitting things is the first thing to a great relationship!!!

Did you know sex and love are different? Love can be protrayed in so many ways and sex is one. Sex is treated to be like its a normal thing and it bothers me. Sex is something that is shared between two individuals and love is often showed in sex. People have sex with just random people. That is so stupid! Heh. You know, you can tons of Sexual diseases? Herpes, AIDS and many others. I guess it's a consequence. People treat sex as a very light subject and it freaking irritates the heck out of me. Girls get pregnant and tons of people get an STI (Sexually transmitted infection).

With my ranting done, I can finally think through all the anime/manga I've watched/read. I still have no idea. It's irritating! I don't want to post any bad pictures to scar you for life or scare you from reading my blog. I dont' want that!! I made up my mind. This one scene that has been stuck in my head is from Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi. It's nothing bad I swear!

It's not really a love scene but close enough. At the moment I can't remember what chapter is. So here is a description of it. It may contain spoilers! Takano forces him to celebrate stuff about being an editor at Takano's apartment. Of course Onodera turns him down with the bottom of his heart but Takano convinces him. There is tons of food and drinks. Onodera couldn't stand the silence so he started to drink. Eventually, Onodera gets drunk. He falls on Takano and Takano kisses him. Onodera starts to reveal that he is jealous and yells about Yokozawa. Takano explains that he doesn't like mixing personal and work affairs together. I'll just skip to the part when Takano and Onodera start having sex. In the midst of this, Onodera calls Takano Senpai, a name that he used to call him back when they were dating. I was like, "OH MY GOSH!!" I was freaking out and I felt a tear coming to my eye. Takano looked taken aback then calls Onodera by his first name, Ritsu. "WAHH!" Overload, overload! I know you are thinking that I'm weird but I'm an emotional person. This manga is so touching!!!

Vol 3. Ch 005 pg 50. and on. I'll tell you when they get to the....scene. I won't post it. Don't worry! I'll skip to the part I want.

Ok....from here on, is a sex scene. I don't want to scar you so I'll skip it and get to the part I want.

 Then skipping again. They are in the middle of it.....but they show nothing. This is the part I always die (not that I didn't die during the sex) in because Onodera just finishes this sex scene with a name that Onodera used to call Takano when they dating 10 years ago. Takano looks taken aback. Onodera is still drunk not knowing what he just said. This just triggered some extreme love making!

Takano..........what a sweet thing to say!! > x < He also calls Onodera, Ritsu, his first name. Of course, things changed after 10 years and Takano doesn't say Ritsu very often. It's so touching....... ; ^ ;

 Skip again!! Poor Onodera, he doesn't remember what happened!





This is not part of the chapter I'm talking about but this is when Takano says Onodera's first name which is Ritsu. It shocks Onodera because Takano has never said the name Ritsu since they were dating back in High school. It's been ten years since then. This is from mangafox.com Vol. 4 Ch. 2 pg 65. I swear, there's nothing bad! Everytime Takano calls Onodera Ritsu....it makes my heart stop!

Yaoi Challenge Day 6: The reason you love yaoi

The reason I love yaoi is because of the funny and sexy storylines. The art is always hot and beautiful. I get sad because the hot guys are gay! Sad face........why?! Why do all the hot guys have to gay!?! Sniff.....sniff.....



People don't jump to the conclusion that I am a prev which partly am but that's besides the point. Yaoi sometimes have amazing storylines that people aren't seeing. Don't judge a book by its cover!

Ok ok ok ok. I can't help myself! Blog Challenges are so much fun! I did one in the past year and I decided to do one again! If you want to know, I did the 30 day Anime challenge! Otaku's out there, you have to try it!

Anyways, the first challenge! The first yaoi you ever read/watched. This one is making me really think. I'm not going to lie but I read ALOT of yaoi. I just don't blog about it as much but now I am!

Oh I know now!! My very first was probably Loveless! I know Loveless is a Shonen-ai but technically its a yaoi. If that is not enough for you, Okane Ga Nai is the first one that got me into yaoi permanently.

As Ayase is still a student and does not have a job, he is forced to sell his body to Kanou for 500,000 yen each time they have sex.



I have lived to see the morning when I watched this anime. I couldn't stop blushing and sreaming like an idiot when it came to certain scenes. After I got passed it, I didn't regret it. The storyline is utterly amazing! I never there would be storylines like this in the world! I'm totally mesmerized by it! The art is ok but I got passed it!

I even read the manga. It wasn't so bad. Now that I look at myself again, I was blushing like an idiot. It was my first hard-ish yaoi ok! I couldn't help it. After all the other I've read/watched, Okane Ga Nai is nothing compared to........I'm not going to say. :P You will know soon!

Weird guys at school...

Ok, before I get started with the manga/anime recommendations, I want to talk about what happened at school today. It was weird....



So I was walking with my little brother after school. My best friend spots me and says goodbye to me but then some guy behind me says bye. Out of instinct I say, "Bye bye" like some idiot hoping it was one my friends saying goodbye. However, I look back to see one of the popular twins at our school. I didn't know which twin it was so I'll assume it was Adam. I'm still a bit shaken. It's weird. I'm going to assume that all you are telling me that I like him which is a total no no.



My face when I figured it out...

*Sigh* I guess I'm tired. The kid is not even hot by my standards. I'll admit he was cute but nothing else. I think he was just saying good-bye to joke around. He is weird and such a jerk. You know what else was funny today? Kuya (I'll explain this term later!) came up to me for the first time during school wondering if he can have a calculator. Kuya works with me at Mcdonalds and we rarely talk to each other at school. Kuya will not admit it but he is a popular kid. I'm the in between kid. I'm not popular or un-popular. I don't really care. I can be whoever I want to be!

Ok, Kuya is a term for "Big brother" in Filipino. It's like Onii-chan in Japanese. Onii-chan means "Big brother". In Korean, they say "Oppa". Kuya isn't actually my brother, we just call each other that. He calls me "Ate" (pronounced, "A-teh". Not "eh-teh" He isn't calling me ate, the term for eating) which is "Older sister" in Filipino. It's funny because he is older than me. Oh well. The term in Japanese for older sister is "Onee-chan". Interesting isn't?



You know what I want? Hotter guys to come to my school. Man, you should have seen the guys who came from a different school! They were Drama kids and they were smokin hot! My goodness!
