I extremely enjoyed this anime despite the fact its a mecha anime. This anime made me realize that the anime world is advancing and man, the graphics can prove that. The storyline can be....tweaked a bit but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the graphics and effects. Hopefully you guys will try this anime out if you liked Gundam Seed or Aquarion. I must take leave for now! I have to write my exams this week. Wish me luck!

So you guys have been wondering how my summer was. I pretty much didn't want to come back to Canada because I had the time of my life. I met so many people and even made friends. I took ALOT of pictures! Unfortunately I don't have time to post them all and I don't want to create stalkers on the internet so.....here it goes!
I left July 6th. I packed a lot of stuff and driving to the airport takes 2 hours from my place because I live in a town. Before we had to leave, a couple weeks before hand, my mother got my family to sleep during the day and stay awake at night in order to get used to the time difference once we landed. The plane ride was........ok? Let's just say 12 hours on the airplane was tiring. I watched a lot of movies.........7 in a row? I couldn't help it and at the same time, I wasn't tired at all.
The boys in Philippines are sooo nice! Every time I walked down the hallway of the school, they would come up and talk to me or say "Hi". Not to mention, they were utterly beautiful and good-looking. I had a couple crushes because every guy at the school could sing and dance amazingly. However, I still like this person so.......anyways. I honestly think that I have more guy friends there than in Canada. No offence to white boys but I prefer to marry a Filipino boy from now on! Haha!
My family had the opportunity to do some preforming for various churches in the Philippines and got some positive feedback from everyone. I played flute, piano and even sang a couple songs for everyone. It was very encouraging to have people appreciate your talents.
I had the opportunity to go to the Bible College my parents attended. Everyone was extremely nice. I stayed in the girls dorm and my brother had the opportunity to stay with a couple of Hawaiian boys in a room. Seriously, two boys from Hawaii decided to come and have their vacation in the Philippines too! It was pretty awesome to talk to them. Not to mention, they spoke english. It was hard to try to speak filipino because my accent is just terrible. I can understand what my peers are saying without their craziness added but it was definitely a challenge.
I have been with many places with my cousins. I miss them so. One of the first things we did when we landed was go to the Mall of Asia. I was ecstatic. It was amazing. One Canadian Dollar was 40 pesos in the Philippines. Wow, just wow. I bought ALOT of stuff for cheap there. It was quite a great deal I'd say. However, there was this mall I wanted to go to but Manila got flooded! It rained 4 days straight before we left Philippines! My mother was worried our flights would get canceled! Fortunately, not! We got to the airport but there were alot of koreans who got stranded.
Anyway, the Mall of Asia was EXTREMELY huge. You would have to go to stay for like a week to travel the whole mall. Unfortunately, my family stayed in Manila for two days until we had to my parents place in Isabella.
The food was interesting. Even though my parents taught us to eat everything, there was some food I haven't seem before. You know, my diet in the Philippines pretty much rice and bananas on a typical day. I ate alot and I'm happy to say that I gained some weight (believe me, having such a high metabolism is bad especially when you don't eat enough) Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading about my trip!

I guess I should start with 11 facts about myself! Hahaha! I honestly don't know............lets start with this one!
1. I LOVE MANGA. No duh! My blog is absoloutely dedicated to manga/anime! It's like my life~ I started reading manga when I was in grade 5. I started drawing that same day when an artist came to my class and started showing us some things. I spotted drawings like Pokemon and Cardcaptor Sakura. That's when I became curious with manga and looked things up. Manga is just amazing!!

2. I don't gain weight. I've tried and it doesn't work. I eat alot but you don't see any fat on my stomach. It's weird and disgusting at the same time! But I guess I get to eat all the meat and chocolate in the world and not gain a single pound! Damn my high metabolism............I have no boobs. I'm a failure as a woman!
3. I'm Filipino (that's me in the picture on your left!). I came to Canada at such a young age that I sorta forgot how to speak it. The downside of being asian is that most people mistake my age and take me to be really smart when I'm not. I'm sixteen but man, people ask me if I'm 13! I'm not that young.....really! Anyways, I can understand a bit due to the fact that my parents speak it at home. I can understand Korean and Japanese too. I can speak English and a bit of French fluently. Languages were always my forte! Not so much about math......ha.....ha.......ha.
4. I can play the flute and piano pretty well if I do say so myself. My siblings are just downright amazing that they are too good to stay playing the same pieces for 2 weeks. But anyways, I take singing lessons and I think I'm good at singing. I have a youtube channel and I have a couple of songs when me and my siblings were jamming too. I have more coming.............I hope I don't sound too bad. I just started singing again! I sang alot in church when I was a kid.

5. I'm the youngest and shortest kid in my friend group. I have quite alot of best friends because..........I like to connect with people alot. All friends are either extremely freaking smart or talented or both. Most of my friends are the most talented singers out there and I swear, they will sing in Canadian Idol or in an opera house somewhere. Having smart friends help when it comes to math! I will never understand math!
6. I used to Figure skate. I won one or two bronze medals in competitions. I was extremely disappointed when I had to give it up because my family was moving to another province. I try to skate with my friends whenever I have the time. I can't do any awesome tricks like I used to but its always fun skating with friends!

7. I listen to mainly Korean or Japanese music. I hate listening to Justin Beiber or Miley whats-her-face because I hate the way they sing and I find there is no meaning. It's either about girls, how life sucks or something stupid like that. I don't mean to diss peoples taste but thats just my personal opinion. I love listening to rap and hip hop korean/japanese music cause its fun. If you guys have time, try listening to Block B! I love them! Here, I'll put it on this post! :D

8. I love cute things. My weakness is Hello Kitty. I'm such a kid and my mother thinks I'm too old for Hello Kitty but WHO CARES. I mainly like Hello Kitty pens, notebooks............and stuffed animals of course! I can't wait to go to Philippines this summer to get a whole bunch of them for at a cheap price!
9. I'm loud and according to everyone, I'm a smiley idiot and is always happy which is partly true. I always comment on peoples look and compliment them. I would say, "I love your hair" or "Can I have your shirt" and it makes people smile. I love to make people smile because we weren't made to frown all the time. Make people happy!
10. I have worked at Mcdonalds for the past year a half. I love working there regardless the food is bad for you or not. The people are mainly filipino's and they love me! I love how much we have working and its great!
11. Last thing............I love to look at hot men. I'm not even kidding. I mentally cry when I find out that they are taken, fictional or gay. I love my social teachers saying, "Guys are like parking spots. All the good ones are taken." Gotta love my social teacher. :)

I honestly have to idea. I like Chibiko! :) I like it better than my other name. Chibiko has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? >:)
2. Your dream job/career?
When I was a kid, I always wanted to be an artist. Manga has inspired me to draw and its enjoyable. I always feel like I'm free and in my own world. However, I've come to realize that drawing is only a hobby and won't get me anywhere so I concluded to be a doctor because I want to save people when they are at deaths door. Though I'm a bit squimish at the sight of blood, it will be all worth it!
3. What type of books do you like reading? (Like, romance or adventure? List a few!)
I love reading a mix of romance, comedy, adventure, drama and..............a cross dressing female. I love gender benders with un utter passion! I'm always fascinated by the strong sense of character a girl can have with a combination of hiding her identity in a rough world of the opposite sex. It's sooooo cool and I admire it! If you guys want a good book/novel to read, read Eon by Alison Goodman. It's AWESOME.
4. What do you think you were in your previous life?
I DON'T KNOW. I think I'm the same person but maybe.............with powers or something! That would be the most awesomest thing EVER! :))

I started blogging because writing things down was becoming a pain. Plus, it seemed like a lot of fun. I can't remember why exactly but my friend got a blog and I guess.............I wanted to top hers so I got my own and bam! Here we are. Over the months I forgot competition and was consumed with the fun and love with my readers. The other reason is, I want to make ordinary people into manga freaks like me so I can talk to them and connect with them. I'm such an otaku! Writing what kind of manga I read was hard but getting blogger and organizing my list has become much easier! >:o

Uh...............I don't know! Let me see. Oh! I accidently blurted out and asked a man if he was gay. I was book shopping in the city and I got in a depth conversation him and I kept looking at him and guess I just asked it out of the blue. He looked a bit stunned and was like, "No. What makes you think that?" I only asked that question because well..........I don't know. I don't really normally talk to a guy about SHOJO manga very often and I guess..............yeah. He said it was fine cause he was about my age and I was like, "YES! Not gay!" I never saw this guy again but man, he was cute!
7. What would you do if you have only 24 hours left to live?
I'd eat alot. Tell everyone I love them, espically all the guys I've liked and see if they would go out with me for a while and hang. Of course, I'd spend time with my best friends and watch a lot of anime and read manga before I die.

My imaginary friend is tall, beautiful and loves manga like I do. He left me for another girl but I was there to give him a push. :) My imaginary friend has always been there for me even if he doesn't exist. I love him! I will always talk to him whenever he and I get the chance!

Hey guys! This post will be quite short.......but whatever! I had a jamming session with one of my managers from Mcdonalds and we sounded awesome today! We didn't have a really good camera but we ended up using a phone to record it all! We did more songs but I managed to upload one for now. I'm the girl singing................I hope I sounded alright! My brother is playing the piano (he looks a bit like me right?) and the one playing guitar is my manager, Tito Mike! ^_^
We did a song for church which I hope you guys don't mind. It's a really pretty song, whether your religous or non-religous. Please listen to it! I finally had the guts to show my face on youtube. Plus, I did it with my singing voice. I can't really sing very good but I'm getting there! I hope you guys can forgive my poor voice. Anyways, my Physics class got to go the amusement park, Galaxy Land, to do calculations and such. Did I mention that the amusement park was in a mall?! Anyways, the worksheet wasn't hard and it was entertaining watching people go on rides. I'm not the type person to go on rides, especially when I went to Galaxy Land soooo many times. I've ridden the rides with my siblings and I'm getting tired of them.
I pretty much went on the trip to skip school (not really....) and go shopping! Speaking of new things, I looked at the animenewsnetwork website and there's some anime's that I'm extremely happy that they are getting an anime!!!!!! I just want to let you guys know.....................so let us proceed!! You guys MUST watch it them once they come out or read them!!!!! They are amazing!!!! You guys know my header and background for my blog? Well, the anime/game is Amnesia. See those hot guys? I know, they are delicious! The anime isn't coming out just yet but soon!!! I'm excited!!! But I don't have a recommmendation for this anime yet and I can't find the information for it because its a PSP game in Japan. I wish it was in English so I can read it!

Last Friday, me and my friends went to the new Sushi shop in town and we ate there for lunch. My friends treated me because it was birthday gift for me. I loved the food, it was amazing!
Well, here are my birthday presents! I got to see the Hobbit and I got this big teddy bear from my co-workers from Mcdonalds. I love them. My brother got off work and walked in with a big huge bag in his hands. It turned out it was from my managers, Tita Abie and Tito Rey. My co-workers decided to get me a card and signed it. I almost cried. I didn't expect it and I was extremely happy that day!
As for Christmas presents, I got a couple new Aeropostal shirts and sweaters. I have another stuffed animal, a chapters gift card, chocolate, a watch and an awesome trench coat. The trench coat made my day because I've been dying to get one for Christmas for sooo long!!! >:D

Hey guys! I have been comtemplating about getting a tumblr for a while and I finally decided to go for it. So far it's pretty awesome. I honestly took hours to find the right tumblr template for my blog. It was hard! It was so different from blogger..............but it was interesting how everything worked.

Man..................this manga was interesting. The male lead has drawn me into the manga and I'm enjoying every bit of it. The art is beautiful and the males are just sexy! I hate the romance in this story. It's so underdeveloped and sucks. It could use some work. But overall, the storyline is quite interesting and awesome. You guys should really try reading this action packed manga!

Hey everyone! I know you guys are expecting manga recommendations and I will get there eventually. I'll admit this post won't be my greatest but I just want to take a moment or two to wish a Happy Birthday to my bestest friend ever, Meg! Like, every best friend out there, I love to talk to her, share secrets, watch anime, talk about guys..............and look out for each other. At times I really think she looks out for me ALL the time and I appreciate it.

It's kinda funny how our birthday's are exactly 10 days apart. Plus, I'm shorter than her. I guess that's a bonus for her. Did I mention she is like a genius in like everything? Why do all my friends have to smarties? Well, its an extreme advantage when they are amazing in math and they can teach you better than the teacher can!
