Yaoi Challenge Day 11: Favorite yaoi mangaka

My brain is going to explode!!! > x < I have two.......or maybe four favorite yaoi mangaka's!!! It's crazy!!! I feel odly irritated.......*sigh* I apologize for not posting yesterday!! Maybe I'm irritated because of work. I feel like a total failure..... :( Oh well. I'm posting now!

I'll just list all my favorite ones..........don't tell me other wise! Hopefully by the end of this post, I would have made up my mind who is my favorite yaoi mangaka! I can't order my mangaka's so here it goes!

I am utterly amazed by her art!! The art has such delicate lines, amazing personality and always have something sexy about it. All her stories are always different from one another. My first manga I read from Yamane Ayano is Viewfinder. That manga is one of the best yaoi manga's I've ever read!! The one thing I admire about Yamane Ayano is that her manga's actually have storylines. Most typical yaoi manga's you find these days are mostly about sex and not about the love or how it came to be. I really admire Yamane Ayano. I want to draw like her!! > x <

This next mangaka makes really extremely hot and sexy sex scenes. I always die. Seriously. Her name is Minami Haruka! She is extremely popular in the BL world. Her art takes my breath away. Like Yamane Ayano, her art is very hot, sexy, unique and has lots of character. Warning! For readers that are just getting used to the yaoi world, you shouldn't start out with Minami Haruka's manga's! You will seriously die of blood loss or your virgin mind will be wiped out. I'm serious!

I only have time to do one manga recommendation by her at the moment so be prepared to see manga recommendations from Minami Haruka! :D

To be honest, this is probably my first threesome. EVER. My goodness, I was so mentaly prepared for the hot scenes but not a threesome!! I just died and went to heaven! Sniff....sniff....the art is so delicous! If only I was the uke in this manga. He is loved by the two extremely hot semes! Totally jealous. :D This manga does have a storyline and I love it! It's so cute and sexy!

Manga Recommendation: Seiyuu Ka!

Since exams are over and I am on semester break, I'm watching, reading and blogging as much as I can before the new semester starts up again. This manga has been on my "must read" on my list for quite a long time. I was waiting for chapters to come out first then read it. I'm actually quite happy that I waited first because I stopped at a good spot. Wait, I didn't want to stop at that spot! > x < Stupid chapters, come out faster!!

This the far best Gender Bender I have ever read in a long time! There hasn't been any good gender benders coming out and this one has been on my must read list for a long time. I finally got around to read this manga. I discovered the Drama CD on youtube and I freaked. I'm so in love with manga! > x < Its sooo funny!!!

Oh, I probably should tell you what I think about it.......here I go. I absolutely love it to pieces!! The art is amazing!! When Hime dresses up as a guy, I think I'm drooling. Its soo cool!! > u <

The story is soo funny, amazing, cute, hot and....and........wah!!! I love how its about voice acting!!! Voice actors are soo freaking amazing. Especially the Yaoi ones. Yes. I do listen to those. Don't judge me. Its true though! It's amazing how people can act their character and portray them through voice. It's sooo freaking amazing! I don't advise you to listen to a yaoi cd unless you want to die.

I'm currently listening to part 3 of Seiyuu ka, drama cd. Her prince voice is sooo amazing!!! > x < So hot!

It's quite interesting that one of the characters is a total tsundere.......it's so utterly cute and funny!! He is my favorite character but I forgot his name. I know I'm sad. I only know how hot he is! ^_^

Manga Recommendation: Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu + Drama CD!

Sigh.....I'm sooooooo tired!!! Don't mind me.....just keep reading. Well I've been looking at my list of manga's I've been reading for the past year and I realized that I forgot to do a recommendation on this manga. Man, how can I forget this manga when I'm waiting patiently (lies) for more chapters to come out?? Something is totally wrong with me! > x <

During the High school ceremony she finds herself sitting next to the most ruddest guy ever, Kyouta. After all the awful things he said to her, she cuts his hair on purpose. Kyouta of course, wants her to pay but with her body. Instead she fixes his hair, making it even shorter. After that, Kyouta unexpectedly kisses her and swears that he'll take away all her firsts.



Sigh....what is up with me and shojo manga's like this? Never mind. This manga is really frustrating like other shojo manga's. Its great and all but......the story kinda bothers me. First of all, Tsubaki is pretty weak. Can't she stand up for herself?? Man!

Anyways, you don't to read about me ranting about this manga. I actually got into this manga but it was a little difficult to pick up after that. I really love the guys......they are soo hot!! The art is ok, considering it is a shojo style. If you really love storylines with ooey gooey, steamy love going on, then this manga is just for you. I don't really mind it. I was quite happy when they FINALLY did it. Oh, sorry that was a spoiler.....whatever. :D

I found the Drama CD!! Here is the first chapter! I just need to say this....Thank god she got his hair!! He looks wayyy hotter! Just sayin. I love their voices......they really suit the characters!

Black Bird Drama CD~!!

As you can tell I am pretty clueless when it comes to Drama CD's. It takes awhile for me to realize that the Drama CD came out. I'm sorry I just to bring that up.....now back to the point......I'm happy that there is a Drama CD for Black Bird!! I was freaking out as usual because I was really excited if the manga will get an anime! And the voices.........I really love them! Here! Here! Listen to it!!!!!

What do you think??? I have a problem with Kyo's voice.........its sorta very low for me.....alittle mature......oh well. Kyo is still hot! I would be happy if this manga would have a anime!! I like Misao's voice! It suits her!!! Its really cute!

Mangaka Arina Tanemura!!!!!

I'm sorry!!! I have been sick for the past few days..........many people here are getting sick now that I mention it........they may be the cause of my sickness! They have been passing it to me and other people! I hate missing school and thanks to my sickness, I have a pile of homework! Why did I have to get sick? On the bright side, I stayed at home, slept for the whole afternoon (never even realized that until 2pm) and read Skip beat for the rest of the day. I'm feeling better but......I'm still alittle bit sick!

You know what I never get sick of? (Chocolate?) Oh yes, chocolate but thats not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about Arina Tanemura!!! I never get sick of her awesome and great manga!!! Her art is soo amazing!!!!! I want to be like her.....she is my hero! Her art has inspired me to draw manga! Yet I can't draw like her but hey, everyone has their own style of drawing!

Who is Arina Tanemura??

Arina-sensei originally does Shojo manga's. She was born in Aichi, Japan on March 12, 1978 (Oh her birthday already passed!) and a Lord of the Rings fan. She is well known for Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full moon wo Sagashite which both have been turned into animes.

She debuted with The Style of the Second Love, 2番目の恋のかたち, Niban-me no Koi no Katachi, in the Ribon Magazine. The Short-Tempered Melancholic, かんしゃく玉のゆううつ, Kanshakudama no Yuutsu contained this story and many other short stories Arina-sensei made in the past.

Kyoko has a staff that will allow her manipulate time; turn back time, stop, anything! Now the only problem is that she has to find eleven more Time strangers with their stones that can awaken Ui. How will Kyoko be able to do that?



I love this manga. Its really amazing!!!!!!!!! It was short....why did it have to end at 3 volumes?! I'm not really satisfied with it.......but its still good!

In my opinion.....this is my favorite manga from Arina-sensei!!!!!! Its pretty old but never gets old for me! Its really good and the art! Here is part of the first episode!! Hope you like it!!

This is manga is really funny! The art is still really amazing and the story is awesome!! It is really cute but quite cheesy. I don't really care....its funny!

I will admit that this manga frustrates me alittle bit. I really hate how they treat Sakura after.....Oh no! I'm not supposed to tell you!! Ok Ok here, the story is really amazing! The love between Sakura and Aoba......it frustrates me but makes me fall in love with Arina Tanemura all of again. I love how Arina-sensei makes stories with different time periods. It makes it really interesting!

Now there you have it.....I have expressed of how much I love Arina-sensei's manga's! They are sooooo good! The only problem is that......the chapters of Sakura Hime Kaden is not coming out fast enough!!!!! Anyways, you have maybe been wondering where is the manga Full moon wo sagashite? Well, I saved this manga for later......oh wait, I think I may have written about it....I can't remember....If not then I'm sorry.

I don't care what people say about this manga, I think its very good! The art is average but the story really inspires me to do hairstyling. I know that stupid but thats they way I am. I get influenced easy. Anyways I love Kiri's personality!!!! Her cat Shampoo is cute! > 0 <



I love Drama CD's!!! Too bad some never become an anime...........especially Beauty Pop........T_T

Oh and I also wanted to say.....I'm sorry that I'm pretty slow at posting things like manga's that were made a long time ago. But since that I haven't posted a recommendation on it yet.......I might as well do so! I know other sites have done so but who cares! I just started and I too want to show the world that I've read it!!!!

The Drama CD covers the first volume and the person who did this video fixed the slides so it can sorta relate to the CD. Also the CD does add some dialogue. I only posted the first part so if you like this manga or Drama CD... Please support this mangaka by buying the original manga or Drama CD! Or at least try to read it!

I really love the voices!!!! I was like, "Their voices really suit them!!!" The person who voiced Kyo Sohma from Fruits basket, voiced Narumi in this Drama CD. I found it a little annoying but anyways.

Anime Drama CD's: Shinshi Doumei Cross!!!!!

I've been reading alot of manga and I discovered Drama CD's on youtube! Then I came across The Gentlemens Allaince Cross Drama CD! I never knew that there was a Drama CD!!!! I was like OMG~!!!!!!! I listened to it and I find that some of the voices actually suit the character. I think Haines seiyuu was good, oh and Shizumasa's and his brothers voice!!!!! (whoops.....I wasn't supposed to say that....)

Anyways, his voice his..............hot~! If you are a Gentlemens Allaince Cross fan than you will definetly love it!!!! If you haven't read it before, don't worry! The video includes the manga pages so you can listen and read it as it goes along (I hope....)! I love it since I haven't read the books in a while!

I really love Haines voice......I now realize that I'm pronouncing her name wrong...oh well. I also love everybody elses voices! Some were very hilarious!!!!!! I love Maguri's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was freaking out and I was like......"Yes Maguri's voice!!!! I finally get to hear your beautiful voice~!!!" (2nd video)

Oh my gosh!! Arina Tanemura voices some of the characters!!! I think the postman?........but anyways, I get to hear her of my favorite Mangaka!!!!! I love Strahl's voice...hot~!

I really love Aya Shouoto!! I really love the art of this Mangaka! She makes the guys look hot~!! Her stories are very interesting and amazing! My favorite is Stray love hearts! All the guys are soo.........hot! I have been waiting for a new chapter for this manga online. Why does it take soo long??? Its so annoying!

But the creature spat out a red card. When she was about to capture it, she falls into a mysterious pit. There she sees a big monster and her science teacher, Itsushi who is injured. He catches sight of her and the card and tells her to kiss it. When she kisses it, it summoned her "rival" Kaede who tells her that he is a Rhode Knight. He then attacks the big creature and it transforms back to the mysterious black creature. Itsushi explains to Anis that the black creature was the guardian of the cards. He also gives her 4 different cards which are the other Rhode Knights. These Rhode Knights are from her school: Tenjou, Asagi, Kaede and Mutsuki. After this she becomes the Dominion and can summon any of the 4 rose knights. Was this a blessing or her punishment?

The art is totally amazing! I can't just help to stare at the art especially the guys (I'm just that awesome like that) for minutes and attempting to draw the characters but I fail but adapting to a style is hard you know?

Ya know.....I really love food....This manga has nothing to do with food but a store that sells food. Or sweets, whatever its food!

One of them is Satsuki Shindou who looks scary and intimidating but actually a nice person who makes the sweets and cakes in the shop. And the other is the good looking Ichirou Nishikawa who falls right to sleep when he is hungry! You have to wake him up by feeding him food while he is sleeping! (Thats what I call funny and crazy!) What will become of them?



I really love this manga cause it is cute! Not magical or shojo type cute but how should I explain this? Personality wise, Uru is energenic, ambitious and always want the people around her to be Happy. I think its cute how she doesn't know what feelings people have for her. I think thats cute! Normally Shojo's are always getting the guy they like which is always very typical. Always ooey-gooey stuff goin on there and it drives me insane! But I like this one cause its normal, talks about how their life is now and has a bit of romance going on.
