Drama Challenge Day 2: Favorite Male Lead Character

I discussed this with my best friend and I found out that I have so many favorites! Most of my favorite male characters are usually hot...... :D

Speaking of guys, something weird happened again when I was leaving school. If you have read my post about weird guys, you would understand. If not, I finally have time on my hands so I'll explain my situation. I was just walking home but my best friend spotted me. She says good-bye like any normal friend would do. However, I hear another "bye-bye" behind me and out of instinct, I say good-bye like an idiot thinking it was another one of my friends. But when I looked back, it was one of the popular twins at our school. I'll assume its Adam........he is so weird.

This goes to my into my weird thing today. I'm walking out the door with my best friend and it turns out we were walking behind one of the popular twins which I think is Adam. He turns back and sees me and my best friend. He says hi and says my name. It may not seem weird to you but it is to me. I haven't had one class with this kid since 8th grade and he still knows my name. I'm so weird! > x < He looks at me funny whenever I'm walking in the hallways. I did have my hair up today. Maybe there was a peice hanging out or I was laughing so hard with my friends. Sigh. I don't guys.

Anyways, back to the challenge! I feel much better with that out of my system.

I have so many favorites! They aren't in order.......I'll just name them out and tell you which drama they play in! Of course, I'll do recommendations if I haven't done so!


Jung Yong Hwa as Lee Shin

Jung Yong Hwa is one actor that plays my favorite lead characters! He is so hot~!! He played in Korean drama's that I dearly love such as Heartstrings and You're Beautiful. He played Kang Shin-Woo in my favorite drama of all time, You're Beautiful. He also played Lee Shin in another favorite drama of mine, Heartstrings.

Jung Yong Hwa plays my favorite male lead character, Lee Shin from Heartstrings! In You're Beautiful, Jung Yong Hwa's character didn't show lots of his musical talent. But in Heartstrings, you get to see him shine with his guitar and his hot, beautiful voice! In real life, Jung Yong Hwa is the lead singer for the band, C.N. Blue. I love C.N Blue's songs!! They are amazing! Here's a song by them! One of my favorites!

A character that I will always love is, Nakatsu Shuichii from the manga/drama Hana Kimi. He is played by so well in the Japanese or Taiwanese version. Both versions show great acting of the character Nakatsu. I'm pretty sure anybody can pull off his character. Its so funny! I just love Nakatsu so much!

Actors for Hana Kimi were well done. I think Ella Chen (Taiwanese version) pulled off the cross dressing part better than Horikita Maki. I know Horikita Maki had a cuter, Ashiya Mizuki but she looked so much like a girl! Any guy could have guessed her gender!

This was just an extra picture to get you to read Hana Kimi! Actually I found this while looking for pictures........anways! Umeda is such a funny character! They don't show very much of his fun side in the Drama but he makes the drama more interesting being the gay doctor and all.

Poor Mizuki......

Both actors for the Japanese and Taiwanese version did a very good job on playing Nakatsu but I think Jiro Wang (Taiwanese version) was hottest actor for Nakatsu. I'm sorry. Ikuta Toma (Japanese version) did (I think) the most amazing job with Nakatsu. He pretty much stole the show for me. But he is average looking compared to Jiro Wang. I'm sorry!! > x < I guess I have to prove it. Here! Sorry these were shown on my last post but I just love so much that I had to put them in this post too! He is so hot!! //T ^ T//

This next guy is like the hottest man I have ever seen play my favorite characters. There are so many hot guys and I'm pretty sure no one else can beat his hotness (until I find another one!). His name is, Lee Min Ho. He plays my favorite male lead character, Lee Yoon Sung in City Hunter.



Lee Min Ho is so hot!! I just love his hair and character in City Hunter! Lee Yoon Sung is like a bad ass character! He is soo cool! Look at these pictures!! I'm about to die of Lee Min Ho's hotness!! > x <

Lee Hin Ho also plays Gu Jun Pyo in the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango, Boys Over Flowers. His hair is curly in this one and I'm not a big fan. However, his character was still done very well and protrayed the character of Tsukasa from the original Japanese version.

Ok, one more character! I really love Jeremy from You're Beautiful! His character is so funny! I'm in love with his hair!! He is played by F.T Islands lead singer, Lee Hongki. He is such a hottie!!! I think I died and went to heaven! ^ _ ^

Jeremey's character is so cute and quite outgoing. He is the youngest of the band, A.N.G.E.L.L hence he is the most immature. I really love his character! His voice is so hot.......

Hana Kimi Remake!!

I just found this out recently and I freaked out! I absolutely LOVE Hana Kimi! I read the manga and everything! I even watched different versions of Hana Kimi. I'm just that obsessed.



So I started watching the remake (I just wanted to see if it was better!) and of course the actors from the original Hana Kimi is not there. Oh, just so you know, the Hana Kimi Remake is a Japanese Drama. Just to put that out there.

Anyways, Hana Kimi is about a girl named Ashiya Mizuki going to an all boys school, disguised as a boy, just to see a guy named Izumi Sano. He was a high jumper and Mizuki happened to see him jump in America. She was touched and wanted to see him jump in person.

Original Actors (Left to Right)- Nakatsu (Ikuto Toma), Mizuki (Maki Horikita), Sano (Shun Oguri)

I only watched the first episode and I fell in love with Hana Kimi all over again! Too be honest the actors aren't that good looking but hey, they acted their characters so well! Atsuko Maeda did a great job of portraying Mizuki's character. I feel that Mizuki in the remake is more out there and open than the Mizuki in the original Hana Kimi. Aoi Nakamura did a great job acting Sano. He is so cool!



The actor that impressed me the most was Shohei Miura. He grasped Nakatsu's character! I'm just like, is that Ikuta Toma???? Oh, thats a different actor! I'm really impressed by Miura! Nakatsu's character is foolish, energenic, fun, loud......he acted so great! Sigh.....I love it!!!

As for the other actors and characters, I just can't help smiling. The way they acted was just fun and touching.

The remake used the same soundtrack as the original. I just love the soundtrack! It makes me happy! However, they used a different opening song and ending song.

Song Challenge Day 27! A song that you wish you could play

I wish I can play......a whole ton of songs! Most of them are from animes. Of course. Usually the most amazing songs are pretty fun (and hard) to play on the piano. I'll just name a couple.......

Ok my friends, you heard Doubt and Trust yet? It may seem easy to you but really if you look at the sheet music man, its hard to play. I'm quite amazed actual people can play this. If you are wondering, the program (as shown above) is called Synthesia. I don't know how people use this but instead of recording yourself playing the song, you get this program. I don't how to use it......so don't ask me!

Anyways, you have to hear the actual version of Doubt and Trust! Its pretty awesome! :)

Song Challenge Day 24! A song you want to play at your funeral

Funeral? Who said that I would die? I'll be immortal~!!!! MWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH!!!!!! >Ahem< I'm joking! Everyone has to die at some point but I want to enjoy my youth for a little while.....anyways! If I ever die, I would have no idea what song I would want to play at my funeral. I don't really care because I'm dead!!

Since your asking, I'll tell you my honest answer, I have no idea. My question is, what kind of songs do they play at funerals. Sad songs? Happy songs? Of course not.......well maybe happy songs. Happy songs.........I know! I want a sad song to play then after a happy song!! :D I have a somewhat sad song......I think its not at all sad but its really beautiful. Whenever I listen to it, I'm in total bliss......

This song is from anime D.N Angel, its a soundtrack. If you love this song then you should try watching the anime, if not then thats awesome! I get so relaxed.........its so beautiful.

I love songs that involve just instruments!! I love them!!! :D My goal before I die is to learn the violin!! Man, that instrument makes the most beautiful and warmest sound (I think) other than the flute. I play the flute and I really love to play high notes on it. Its soooooo extremely beautiful~! I'm so proud of myself!

Manga of the week: Air Gear

I apollogize for not posting anything for a while!! Stupid exams........Well as a highschool student I do have to take exams or tests (Or do I?), whatever you want to call them. So I hope this post makes you happy that I did not die or disappear or decided to ditch you all so I decided to do one of these cause I haven't done one in a while so......^0^ Oh just to tell you people, I'm not that great at doing summurizations so....don't blame me!!

Summary: Ikki "Baby Face" Minami goes home after being humilated by a Storm rider group called the Skull Saders only to find that his "sisters" are actually in an AT (Air treck) team called Sleeping Forest, they are quite a famous AT team. This is a secret that they have kept from Ikki until now. In the Anime, Angered by this he decides to steal one pair of ATs but in the Manga his sisters give him a pair and asks him to ride with them. Ikki soon grows a grudge on the Skull Saders and decide to get revenge on them. After getting a satisfying win, he wants to experience "flying" again in the sky for as long as he can. Due to this he has plunged into the world of AT's.

My review/opinion:
I really enjoy this Manga/Anime. It is full of Action, Comedy (So funny) and fun! I really love it! I never had fun with any shounen Anime/Manga before to be honest until I came across this one. Many shounens I've read/watched I smiled, laughed and sometimes cried but this one.....it was sorta unusual.....It made me laugh harder until I cried, think and smile until my mouth hurt. I just love this Manga/Anime!! It is soo good!Beware.....It may contain some mature themes....not really but nudity I think.

Anyways the manga has won the 2006 Kodansha Manga Award in the Shounen category and was praised for both dubbing (surprising....I liked the dubbing) and subbing. It was also praised for the awesome soundtracks. I really love the soundtracks! I never usually actually take notice of the soundtracks but this anime made me look into it. To be honest this anime/manga has given me some inspiration. If you have watched or read this then you would probably know why. So I'd like you to try to listen to some of the soundtracks cause they are quite catchy. You know how music in movies or shows comes in the right time? Well I sorta feel like that when I watch the anime with the sweet soundtrack in the background!
