Plastic Surgery...

I recently just finished watching a Korean movie called "200 Pounds Beauty". Man................it was so beautiful~!!!!! My eyes are still extremely puffy and its midnight (I hope my parents aren't awake!) so I'm sorry if nothing makes sense. When I'm tired, nothing ever makes sense. (WARNING: RANT AHEAD)

Anyways, why name this blog post "Plastic Surgery"? Well, the movie was about a fat and ugly girl named Hanna who sang for a extremely pretty and skinny girl named Ammy. Ammy is a famous singer across Korea. Little that everyone knows, Ammy uses Hanna's voice for concerts and albums. In the end, Ammy is in front of everyone dancing and lip sycning while Hanna does the real work backstage.

Horrible right? That's not the half of it.

Hanna has this love for the producer and he is really nice to her (he is!!) until Ammy goes about humilating her at his birthday party. When he goes to confront Ammy, Hanna overhears their conversation that tears her heart apart. That jerk tells Ammy to be nice to Hanna because if she walks from the company, Ammy's "career" will crumble. The horrible thing is, he says, "We are just using her". Hanna had enough of it and goes to get plastic surgery on her whole body. She comes back a year later as Jenny with a super model body and a new attitude of becoming a REAL singer through Ammy's company.

"200 Pounds Beauty" is just amazing. I laughed hard, enjoyed the singing and loved (or hated) each and everyone of the characters. I cried so much at the end, I'm not even kidding. This movie is great to watch with loved ones or friends. I recommend this movie to anyone!

Since I was bored, I decided to look up on what plastic surgery is. I know, its quite obvious what plastic surgery is but hey, it would be interesting to know more about it. Plastic surgery is widely known for beauty such as boob implants, (disgusting...you can totally tell those are fake) but plastic surgery can also help with burns, scars, hand surgerys.....etc. I won't go on about it because well, this is going to turn into a report! Back to the movie! (Ranting will commence..........NOW!)

This movie made me realize the true meaning of beauty. I think I'm tearing up again.....................anyways. Even though external beauty is always what everyone looks for (I'm guilty of that....), its what the inside counts. I don't want a beautiful hot man with a horrible attitude. I'd rather have an average looking guy who is nice and (my type...) easy to get along with. Hanna has made an interesting point about plastic surgery, "It's for those who lack confidence". I agree with that! I know there are tons of downsides to plastic surgery but hey, don't judge people who get them. I just hate the type of girls who are naturally pretty and get a freaking nose job because they think its not pretty enough for them. It's quite irritating when people just get it on a whim. But that's how we look at it. I won't judge them and I'm pretty sure they aren't confident in themselves so people, don't say anything bad about them. They have a life that you will never see so...........yeah. I just hate it when people go about and judge other people. I mean, no offence but, look at yourself first before judging other people.

Just so you people know, I too have confidence problems. I'm skinny but not anerexic. I love food too much to leave it. When I don't eat, my mother thinks I'm sick or somethings wrong. So, you people out there experiencing confidence problems, don't take it out on yourself or other people. If you want to change your appearance, do it the safe the way. What I'm saying is, if you want to lose weight, don't go to diet pills or not eating. I get worried when my friends don't eat! If you want to lose weight, just adjust your diet so you will lose weight slowly. Don't do anything quickly, it will be dangerous for your body. Do not go to plastic surgery. I'm sorry. My personal opinion is that you won't feel like yourself. Sometimes when I put makeup on, I don't feel like I'm me and I'm hiding behind the makeup. It's like a mask or a shell. It can make you pretty but once its gone, people iwll look at you differently. Plastic surgery can be like that. I know I'm going to spoil parts of the movie but when the main characters kiss, the main character who got plastic surgery, doesn't want the guy to touch her boobs.

You won't feel like yourself. The main character has fake boobs and thats.................weird. It was awkward to even watch and I could tell it was a big turn off. Anyways.....................respect yourself! I know its hard but hey, you aren't alone! You are beautiful. I hate it when people call me beautiful because well, I think they are joking. I'm not joking and I hope no one is going pull that, "your beautiful" on me. It's just my nature to reject people when someone says that. If I reject you, I'm just embarrased ok? That phrase reminds me of a person.............I won't go into more depth with that. Sorry. But I don't get that phrase everyday and I'm pretty sure everyone too so, tell someone that. Someone close or someone you don't know, it will make their day or creep them out. :)

Drama Challenge! Day 1: Your Favorite Drama

I'm crying right now!! T ^ T I'm rewatching a whole bunch of drama's!! Why am I crying? Because I go to the most touching part of Hana Kimi!! > x < I just love Hana Kimi!!! The Japanese drama was remade to a Taiwanese, a new 2011 Japanese and now a Korean drama. I can't wait for the new Korean one comes out! I know it won't beat the original, Hana Kimi but I always love to see gender bender dramas! I wonder who will act out the funny character of Nakatsu? Oh, the manga is utterly amazing too! I cried so hard!

I find that the acting in the Taiwan version was better but it bothered me when it came to Mizuki (of course they have a different name for them in the taiwan version but I can't remember the name at the moment!) in the Taiwan version. The actor didn't look very feminine. What made up for it was her funny acting and the hot guys she was surrounded by. I find the actor for Nakatsu and Sano was wayyy hotter in the Taiwanese version! Oh my goodness, I'm sorry Ikuta Toma (actor for japanese verison of Nakatsu)..........I found someone hotter than you.......I'm sorry > x <

Just to prove that he is hotter, I'll put alot of pictures of Jiro Wang! He plays in another drama that I love, A Playful Kiss or Itazura na Kiss. I found out that Jiro Wang also has a band called Fahrenheit!! There should be a really hot picture of him with white hair......ah! Found it! Scroll down! :D

Jiro Wang with White hair!! He is so hot!!!! > x <

Jiro Wang as (Nakatsu Shuichi) Jin Xiu Yi

Ella Chen as (Mizuki Ashiya) Lu Rui Xi

Wu Chen (Left) and Ella Chen (Right)

Wu Chun as (Izumi Sano) Zuo Yi Quan

The actor for the Japanese version of Sano is Oguri Shun and I think he is ok after I saw the hottie who played the taiwan version for Sano. My goodeness, I dropped dead! Look at the beauty in the picture. His smile makes me melt!! I love you Wu Chun!

The Cast!

Ok. I'm stupid for not doing homework but I decided to cruise the internet. While looking on the internet, I found another great challenge I could do! I watch alot of Drama's and this challenge is perfect! Wish me luck!

Ikemen Boogie Hana Kimi OST

Here are my favorite moments. I don't care if you watched this drama before or not. You have to watch them again because they always crack me up! Let me get this straight first, Mizuki is actually a girl and she is cross dressing as a guy to see her idol at an all boys school. Nakatsu doesn't know that she is a he so.....he thinks he is gay himself. It's pretty funny!
Hana Kimi Funny moments (Must watch!)
If you haven't watched a drama before, YOU HAVE TOO! I will go over there, wherever you live (because I'm creepy) and make you watch a drama with me! I am known to be the person to do that literally in my friend group. To sum it up, Hana Kimi will always be my favorite Japanese Drama. You're Beautiful is my favorite Korean Drama! Its funny because those two are gender benders! I love gender bender dramas! I find them alot more interesting! Anyways, I'm not sure if I did recommendations on these drama's before so here it goes!
Title: Hong Gil Dong, 쾌도 홍길동 Type: Korean Drama Genres: Action, Adventure, Comedy, Romance, Fantasy Age Rating: 16+ Older Teen Status: Completed Summary: (Wiki) Hong Gil Dong was the illegitimate son of a high ranked minister. A local monk took him under his wing and taught him martial arts. Hong Gil Dong was inspired to fight for the injustice in this society that divided people into nobles and ordinary citizens whereby the former enjoyed all the privileges due solely to their birth. The heroine, Heo Yi Nok, had just returned to Korea from China with her grandfather. They made their living by putting on shows and selling their special brand of medicine in the marketplace. Lee Chang Hwi had been told since he was young that he was the rightful heir to the throne which had been usurped by his half brother. He had also returned from his exile in China and was plotting to overthrow the emperor.
Ok, this drama is utterly amazing!! I'm pretty sure this is my first Korean Action drama ever! Other than Boys Over Flowers. The storyline has so many layers that make the storyline extremely strong but not confusing. The actors act out so well and I cried about the end. I kinda hated the end. You will too if you know what I'm talking about. The romance is beautifully layered in the drama and its developement doesn't go to fast or too slow. Its great! I'm so in love with this drama!! I love this actor! She is extremely pretty! Here are other drama's I already did recommendations on that you have to watch!

Boys over flowers is the Korean version and Hana Yori Dango is the original and first japanese version. Both versions were done very well!

Korean Drama Recommendation: Lie to Me

I stayed up until midnight last night (again) and I found this funny and interesting korean drama while listening to my siblings ipod!

Title: Lie to Me
Type: Korean Drama
Genres: Comedy, Romance, Slice of Life
Age Rating: 13+ Teen
Status: Completed

Summary: (koreandrama.org) Gong Ah Jung, a level 5 Ministry of Culture official, gets entangled in a web of lies when she mistakenly lies that she’s married to Hyun Ki Joon, a hotel manager from an affluent family. Their relationship is further complicated when Ki Joon’s ex-fiancée and a close friend of his brother’s, Oh Yoon Joo, reappears in his life.

If you watched the drama's Coffee Prince (amazing) or Princess Hours (great), you would recognize the person who plays Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye). She is the main actress in both of those, Coffee Prince and Princess Hours. You'll even recognize the actor, Kang Ji Hwan (a total hottie!) who has also played the main male character in Coffee Prince. I love all the actors in Lie to Me! They are so funny and amazing! Especially some of the guys.....they are so hot!! > u <

Their characters just seem so original! I haven't seem characters like Ah Jung in a while. It feels refreshing!

Lately there has been alot of korean drama's that are coming out about marrying and such. I seriously don't see the rush in getting married. The only reason Ah Jung is saying that she is married because she doesn't want to feel ashamed she isn't because of her former best friend who is a total female dog (I just can't swear). I'm still on episode 2 and I really hate her former best friend (forgot her name).

The storyline is pretty interesting and stringed with a line of lies. Have you ever played the telephone game where you sit with a bunch of friends and tell the person next you a message and they pass it on? Well the storyline is like that but its just a bunch of rumors. I don't even know how people get that conclusion! It's kinda funny.

The romance is so cute! I see there is a little bit of a development in episode 2 and I'm getting excited how things will turn out!

Drama Fever!

First off I would like to start of with.......I'm really happy!!! Just a while ago was my first singing concert with a choir I just joined! I suck at singing but I must admit, singing with pro's are fun.

Pro's? Oh, well they are teenagers like me but they have more singing experience than me. I just started. I think I'm doing ok. Their voices are soo amazing!! I'm in total bliss when I listen to them. It makes me extremely happy! Though I can't figure out how to sing loud.......

Today it snowed!!! There was soo much and it was colder today! I was sooooo extremely very happy!! It just made my day! Don't look at me funny! I prefer the cold than the warmness......is that even a word? Oh well.
Anways, that is what I have been doing for the past few days other than tests and homework. I have a giant French unit exam on Tuesday (yay me!). I apologize for not posting in a while once again. I have no better excuse. I'm sorry! > x <

Whenever I had time I would try to watch lots of Drama's and Anime's and most of the time, I never had time to post because I just into the drama or anime. I haven't found any good anime's for me to watch so I just went for the drama's because well, I don't watch very many of them. I recently got into the Korean Drama, Warrior Baek Dong Soo. I feel really bad for not watching this drama a while ago. But I have started it now so it is all good! :D

Title: Warrior Baek Dong Soo
Type: Korean Drama
Genres: Comedy, Action, Adventure
Status: Completed
Age Rating: 16+ Older Teen

Summary: Set in the Joseon Dynasty during King Jeongjo's reign, this martial-arts fusion sageuk is centered around the events involving Crown Prince Sado's conspiracy. Warrior Baek Dong Soo was a real-life legend who created a martial arts guide in Joseon. His group who defends King Jeongjo is pitted against the mysterious organization of assassins who plot to kill the King. (wikipedia)

The storyline is really amazing!!! I feel like it started out pretty slow in the beginning. But after that, it started to get really interesting. I was really drawn to the layered storyline and awesome action! It really inspires me to learn some Karate. But I'm not that coridinated to do Karate. I would probably get myself killed trying kick someone.

The bonds between the characters are so touching. I always find myself crying when one of the characters are like at the brink of death. Especially when his/her friend is crying for them. I just have this emotional attactment with the characters! They are amazing actors!

The actors are extremely hot!!! I really love this one character, Yeo Woon, whenever he shows up and shows off his sweet fighting skills...I practically die!! >/// x ///<   I love you~!!!

File:FlowerBoyRamyunShop.jpg

Title: Flower Boy Ramyun Shop
Type: Korean Drama
Genres: Comedy, Romance, Slice of life
Status: Ongoing
Age Rating: 13+ Teen

Summary: Yang Eun Bi is a college student studying to become a teacher. She wants to live a normal life like everybody else. Marry a nice guy and get a stable job and live in a nice house. Unfortunately for her, its not that easy.

She has a pretty bad temper and she can't seem to pass the exam......and this year she has to pass it. Or the next year is the 3rd year that she has to take it, which she thinks is a bad luck year. Thanks to a fortune teller, whoever she kisses will be her "destined" partner. That same day, she meets Cha Chi Soo, the son of the head of the biggest food corporation in Korea. Due to events, he almost kisses her.

After meeting him again, she assumes that he is wayy older than her. But that isn't true. She goes to a high school and she becomes a teacher (ish.....I forgot what she was doing but I know she was some kind of assistant teacher or temporary teacher of some sort). She meets Cha again. This time she asks him if he can go out with her.

After her first class, tt turns out that he is a high school student. Great.

At first, I thought Eun Bi was just completely nuts. I didn't really like her character at the beginning but as the story kept going, her character developed a bit and it made love her right away. She is really cool when she plays volleyball and her temper just makes most of her. She is really interesting.

I really love the storyline! It's great! I thought that after the first 5 episodes were like, "meh" to me but certain parts had its great times. After the episode 5, it was just amazing. I'm really mad that this drama is ongoing and the episodes don't seem to be coming out fast enough!! > x <

I really love the guys in this drama! Cha Chi Soo and Choi Kang Hyuk are just soooo funny!! They are total players when you first see them. Plus, they are really hot!! *Dies* Why does Korean guys have to really hot?!?

Title: Painter of the Wind
Type: Korean Drama
Genres: Gender Bender, Comedy, Romance, Historical
Status: Completed
Age Rating: 16+ Older Teen

Summary: Shin Yoon Bok is a talented painter who disguises herself as a boy to search for her father’s murderer and meets a master painter who guides her into being a great painter. Kim Hong Do is the man who teaches Yoon Bok how to paint, and they develop a strong friendship of mentor and disciple.

I feel pretty bad that I haven't watched this drama a while ago. It is really amazing!! I just watched the first episode (I know that is pretty sad) and I fell in love with it. The storyline is different. Art is involved and I really love art. I also really love gender benders. I have nothing much to say but you have to watch it! You will not regret it!!! I feel like there is alot that will be going on after the first episode. You have to watch it!!

Idol Shopping 1 - Page 2

This manga is totally complicated but soo good! Each character have their own past and the author is really great at awesome story lines. The author is soo good at making story lines with just life. No magic or whatsoever. Its great. But my only problem is that the story is totally long!!

The art is ok and the story is outstanding but too long and frustrating!
