Hana Kimi Remake!!

I just found this out recently and I freaked out! I absolutely LOVE Hana Kimi! I read the manga and everything! I even watched different versions of Hana Kimi. I'm just that obsessed.

So I started watching the remake (I just wanted to see if it was better!) and of course the actors from the original Hana Kimi is not there. Oh, just so you know, the Hana Kimi Remake is a Japanese Drama. Just to put that out there.

This picture is like the original! Well this is the remakes picture...
Anyways, Hana Kimi is about a girl named Ashiya Mizuki going to an all boys school, disguised as a boy, just to see a guy named Izumi Sano. He was a high jumper and Mizuki happened to see him jump in America. She was touched and wanted to see him jump in person.

Original Actors (Left to Right)- Nakatsu (Ikuto Toma), Mizuki (Maki Horikita), Sano (Shun Oguri)
I only watched the first episode and I fell in love with Hana Kimi all over again! Too be honest the actors aren't that good looking but hey, they acted their characters so well! Atsuko Maeda did a great job of portraying Mizuki's character. I feel that Mizuki in the remake is more out there and open than the Mizuki in the original Hana Kimi. Aoi Nakamura did a great job acting Sano. He is so cool!

The actor that impressed me the most was Shohei Miura. He grasped Nakatsu's character! I'm just like, is that Ikuta Toma???? Oh, thats a different actor! I'm really impressed by Miura! Nakatsu's character is foolish, energenic, fun, loud......he acted so great! Sigh.....I love it!!!

As for the other actors and characters, I just can't help smiling. The way they acted was just fun and touching.

The remake used the same soundtrack as the original. I just love the soundtrack! It makes me happy! However, they used a different opening song and ending song.

Drama Recommendation: Heart Strings

I would love to take the time before I forget to thank everyone who has been reading my blog! My blog has past 38,000!! I'm sooo happy!! Also I have 30 followers!! I just can't tell you how happy I am right now!!!
Thank you! Thank you!!
Now I will carry on with what this post was supposed to be for. I wanted to recommend this sweet and awesome Korean drama. Its called Heart Strings! (I don't mean the scary Yaoi manga.....*chills up spine* Don't ask me how I know).

My friend recommended this drama to me not too long ago. She told me it was called You've Fallen for Me. I looked it up but got Heartstrings. I found out later that Heartstrings was used to be called Festival or You're into Me. You've Fallen for Me is just the English translation. Fans were able to vote on an English name and so on May 9, 2011, the drama is offically called Heartstrings.

Title: Heartstrings, 넌 내게 반했어, Neon Naege Banhaesseo, You've Fallen for Me
Type: Korean Drama
Genres: Romance, Comedy, Drama, School life
Age Rating: 13+ Teen
Status: Completed (15 episodes + 1 special)

Summary: (epdrama.com) Lee Shin is a university student majoring in modern music. He is also the vocalist and guitarist of the band "The Stupid". (I love their name!) Shin is known for his good looks and strong passion for music, but in reality he is cold, lacks interest in anything unrelated to music and has neither dreams nor plans for the future. He initially likes Jung Yoon Soo, a dance professor at university, but this all changes when he meets Lee Kyu Won.

Lee Kyu Won is a bright and outgoing student who was born into a prestigious family and is majoring in traditional Korean instruments, especially the gayageum. Kyu Won's grandfather, Lee Dong Gun, is one of the top 3 traditional musicians of his age and his biggest wish is to see his granddaughter become a traditional music prodigy. Trying to live up to her grandfather's expectations, Kyu Won immerses herself in training and becomes a university student who knows nothing outside of her studies. As her friends are fans of "The Stupid", she was forced to go to the band's concert with them. There she saw Lee Shin performing live, and is immediately captivated by him.

First of all, The bands name just make me laugh! Seriously, "The Stupid"? What a stupid name for a band! They could have named the band a bit more hotter......cause the guys are pretty hot....

This drama is sooooo great! I love the characters so much! If you have watched the Korean drama, You're Beautiful then you will definetely recognize the two main characters in Heart Strings. Jung Yong Hwa who played Kang Shin Woo in You're Beautiful, is playing the main male, Lee Shin in Heartstrings. Park Shin Hye plays Go Mi Nam in You're Beautiful. She plays the main character, Lee Gyu Won in Heartstrings. I feel like I just fell in love with the actors all over again! They are the same people but acting different characters which is interesting. Shin Woo's character was nice and kind. But Lee Shin's character is arrogant and mean. Jung Yong Hwa acted from two complete different characters. I was pretty impressed with his acting skills because well, he is pretty new at acting. His first acting jig was in You're Beautiful. I didn't really notice. He is really good!! And HOT!!!

Park Shin Hye just makes me smile so much. The way she acted Gyu Won was incredible. She is so cute! :D

You know what's funny? If you know the story in You're Beautiful, the two characters Shin Woo and Go Mi Nam never end up with each other in the end. But in Heartstrings Gyu Won and Lee Shin end up together. They have the same actors but yeah. I think its pretty funny. ^ ^

I have a character absolutely love!! I kinda forgot his name which is really sad but he is the drummer for the band. He absolutely LOVES food and yeah. He is just like me!!! :D He is pretty hot!

I totally recommend this drama to people how love Music and stuff. The storyline and actors are just great. It makes me happy, sad and whole bunch of stuff! You must watch it!!!

Mangaka CLAMP!

One of my favorite mangaka's of all time!! I would say, group. Their stories are just out there, very original and intriguing. The stories are like string with loops, tangles and twists.......they are never boring!! They are just amazing!!!! So out of this world!! :DD

Not only their stories amaze me but their art too. I don't know what to say but its just beautiful, detailed and amazing.

The leader of CLAMP is Nanase Ohkawa (大川 七瀬 Ōkawa Nanase). She provides the storylines and screenplays. The three artists who like to shift roles are, Mokona (もこな Mokona), Tsubaki Nekoi (猫井 椿 Nekoi Tsubaki) and Satsuki Igarashi (いがらし 寒月 Igarashi Satsuki).

File:Clamp at Anime Expo 2006.jpg

CLAMP is known for creating the most diverse manga's in the manga world. I really look up to them! They are sooo awesome!! Their manga's never get me bored and they always get me inspired to create stories and draw different styles. I love their manga's because they are either Shonen or Shojo. They don't stay on the same genre or whatever. There is at least one manga that everyone will love. I love it!!!

I guess my first manga/anime from CLAMP is Cardcaptor Sakura. It got me into manga and anime. ^_^

Sakura and Syaoran - cardcaptor-sakura wallpaper

You know what I love about CLAMP? I love how they use their characters in different stories!! I think its called Cross something.....I can't remember. But I find it cool and interesting. Seriously, do you see very many mangaka's that do this? So far, I only see one and that is CLAMP!

After killing the Emperor, the warlord crowned himself as the new Emperor, starting a cruel reign. But there is a prophecy: Six Stars will one day assemble and overthrow his tyrannical rule ...

Six stars will fall to this plane. The dark stars that will defy the Heavens. And you shall undertake a journey. One that begins when you find the child of a vanished race. I cannot discern the child's alignment. I only know that it is he alone who can turn the wheels of Tenkai's destiny. For it is by Heavenly Mandate that through this child, the Six Stars shall begin to gather. And then someone shall appear from the shadows. Even my powers cannot clearly make out his figure, but he knows the future and can manipulate both evil and heavenly stars. A roaring flame shall raze the wicked. Six stars will overpower all others. And inevitably, they will be the schism that splits the Heavens."

Now, the ruler of the Yasha Clan has found Ashura, the last of the Ashura Clan, and together they set out to find the Six Stars and fulfill the prophecy.

RG Veda is CLAMP's debut manga.

I find this manga a true classic. The art is just beautiful, detailed and amazing considering it was from 1989.

I love the story!!! It is just amazing!! The best plot ever!!!! There were things that I never expected and surprised me. I have nothing anything else to say but just uttery captivating and amazing.

This next manga was difficult in describing the plot. I don't know how I got into Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. I guess when I read the summary (which kinda confused me), I wanted to see what it was like. So forgive me once again (who cares! I can do whatever I want! MUHAHAHA!!! Sorry.....). I'm going to copy and paste because I don't want to confuse you!

In order to save his princess, Syaoran must give up his relationship with her. Even if he gathers all of Sakura's memories, she will never remember him...

But the world is not so simple. The very moment these four made this decision, their destinies were sealed into a tragic course—as everyone in the group has their own secrets...

Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles Sakura and Syaoran - tsubasa-reservoir-chronicles photo

I am really surprised.....when I first saw this I thought, "Sakura??? Syoaron???? EH?! Is this a sequel??" Well I thought wrong. They just used characters from Cardcaptor Sakura in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. As I've said, there was a word for it......cross something......oh well. I'll figure that out later.

I'm still in the middle of reading this manga. Man, its amazing. It has its dark, sad, light and happy parts. I'm just speechless. I'm totally lost for words! I kinda get confused at parts.....I guess I should read xxxholic to.

Tsubasa - tsubasa-reservoir-chronicles photo

This manga is like Cardcaptor Sakura, Shonen style! I noticed the art style has shifted to a Shonen style to suit the Shonen vibe. The lines, I noticed, are a bit thicker. I don't see the girly thin lines they do. Of course CLAMP would do this because they would want to draw in boy readers with their art, not just the story. I find this really intriguing. And very amazing!

Title: Kobato, こばと。
Author: CLAMP
Genres: Romance, Comedy, Fantasy, Supernatural, Slice of life

Sniff Sniff........I just started watching the anime and its soo beautiful! Sigh.....

The art is so adorable. I love it!

The characters in this manga make me smile so much. Especially the dog. I love the dog! His character scary but it clashes with Kobato's warm and nice nature. It kinda makes me scared for her but it works out.

Other manga's (that I've read) by CLAMP.

First of all, I'm sooo sorry!!!! I haven't posted in a while!!! I have an excuse!!!!! I had work (8 hours today!) and whatnot.....too be honest, I was lazy too.

But that doesn't stop me in watching anime, Korean drama's and reading manga. I have a great a Korean drama to recommend!! I just started watching it a few days ago and I'm totally in love! Especially with the main character.....he is sooo hot!!! Everytime I see him.......I nearly die!!! He is sooo outrageously hawt~!!!

This Korean drama is called City Hunter. It is based on the Japanese Manga, City Hunter, written and illustrated by Tsukasa Hojo. Just so you know, I have never read the manga.

Title: City Hunter
Author: (Japanese Manga) Tsukasa Hojo
Reading Direction: Right to Left
Genres: Romance, Comedy, Action, Drama, Mystery
Age Rating: 13+ Teen (Seems like it) and (Manga) 16+ Older Teen
Status: Completed (20 Episodes)

Summary: (I'm tired.....this summary is from somewhere. Please forgive me!! > x < Dramacrazy.net) Lee Yoon Sung (Lee Min Ho) works at the Blue House's National Communication Network Team and received his Ph.D at M.I.T. Kim Na Na (Park Min Young) is a bodyguard at the South Korean president's residence, the Blue House . Na Na lost her parents by car accident since than she made a living by doing part time jobs. She became a bodyguard at the Blue House and she falls in love with Lee Yoon Sung.

Oh, did you know????? If you are a fan (or at least know) of the Korean version of Boys over Flowers
then you would know one of the main guys (F4), Gu Jun Pyo. The actor for him (Lee Min Ho) also plays Lee Yoon Sung in City Hunter. He did such an excellent job!! He was sooooo cool!!!!!! >///<

He looks so hot with a gun and his clothes!!! (That didn't make sense. Oh well) I love the way he dresses! (There you go) His clothes are just down right cool. Wait, why do all korean's have awesome clothes? Why can't we get them here in Canada too?

Back to the suject, I really love the way he smiles!!! (Melts) I can just die of happiness right now. I am so jealous of Kim Na Na.....lucky girl.....^_^

Enough with Lee Min Ho for now......I will talk about the story line! First of all, I was really amazed by the beginning. Right from the get-go I started from hating to loving characters. I teared up, felt frustration, happiness and a whole bunch of emotions! Its amazing!!! The story line is unpredictable and predictable. So mysterious, comedy, romance and a whole bunch of awesome action! I don't know what else to say! I am totally in love with the story line!!!

The character development is amazing! Even the romance is great too! :D

I can finally talk about the characters! There are so many different characters! I love it!! They don't stick with the boring scary characters throughout the story, they throw in a whole bunch of different people and they all clash. I get to see the other side of their characters when they are together and not. Its great! ^ . ^

I totally recommend this drama!!! What you have just read from me, this drama is down right amazing, awesome and great. I gaurentee you, this drama will not let you down!

Manga Recommendation: The Law of Ueki

I've been watching alot of drama's lately and I finally started anime again. I was just cruising on youtube for ideas of what anime I wanted to watch next. I came across the anime, The Law of Ueki. I saw the manga for this and I wanted to see if was bad or good. I was happy that this anime was worth my time!

File:VOL.1 - The Battle Commencement.JPG

Title: The Law of Ueki, うえきの法則, Ueki no Hōsoku
Author: Tsubasa Fukuchi
Genres: Comedy, Shonen, Action, School life, Fantasy, Supernatural
Reading Direction: Right to Left

I totally think that this anime is just funny! Ueki is soo cool!! The story is just amazing!!! The God thing and powers......I have never read anything like it! The story is really unique!!

The art for the anime is really good. The fights are pretty interesting and intriguing.

I haven't read the manga so I'm not going to say anything about the art......also there is a squel for the manga and anime I think. Its called The Law of Ueki Plus. I think I should try reading the manga...

Japanese Drama: Ikemen Desu Ne

Well as of 2 days ago, I just found out there was a Japanese version of the Korean Drama, You're Beautiful. It is called Ikemen Desu Ne. I accidently clicked on it when I was watching the O.H.S.H.C Live action Drama. I read a little of summary of Ikemen Desu Ne and immediately freaked out. I was soooo curious and excited that I had to watch it.

Title: Ikemen Desu Ne
Type: Japanese Drama
Genres: Romance, Comedy, Drama, Gender Bender
Status: Ongoing
Summary: (from Wiki) The original Korean version aired in 2009 and starred Park Shin Hye (Go Mi Nam/Go Mi Nyeo), Jang Keun Suk (Hwang Tae Kyung), Lee Hong Ki (Jeremy/Kang On Yu), and Jung Yong Hwa (Kang Shin Woo). The story revolved around a fictional boy band named A.N.JELL. Park Shin Hye played a nun-in-training who has to pose as her twin brother and take his place in the group, leading to a complicated relationship between the group’s members.

Korean character- Go Mi Nam (Male)/Go Mi Nyeo (Female)- Japanese character- Sakuraba Mio (Male)/ Sakuraba Miko (Female) will be played by Takimoto Miori

Korean character- Hwang Tae Kyung- Japanese character- Katsuragi Ren will be played by Tamamori Yuta

Korean character- Kang Shin Woo- Japanese character- Fujishiro Shu will be played by Fujigaya Taisuke

Korean character- Jeremy (I love you!!)- Japanese character- Hongo Yuki will be played by Yaotome Hikaru
You're Beautiful's Jeremy!! He is soo hot!! I love his hairstyle~!
I'm just going to be honest, the Japanese version of this drama will never top the original Korean version. I feel the guys are alot more hotter......(Jeremy, I love you!! You are sooo hot~!!!). Yuki (Japanese version of Jeremy) in Ikemen Desu Ne, kinda scares me. Yuki's personality is acted pretty close to Jeremy from You're Beautiful (Korean) but it can't replace him. I'm sorry Yuki!! I love Jeremy better!!! Gomenasai!!! > x <

He is so hot.......I can stare at him all day
The Japanese version is pretty good. I love how they changed some things to make it their own. Its like a whole new story but a little of the original story in it.....you know what I mean? I will praise them with the great actors and comedy. I enjoyed the Japanese version but I still love the original Korean version better.

The songs of course have been into a Japanese version. I'm quite impressed. They are just like the original!

I watched it!! Ouran High School Host Club Drama!!!!!

Well as you heard, O.H.S.H.C has a drama and I watched it!! If your wondering where to watch it, you can watch it here!

My thoughts on the Drama......what should I say? Oh, yes. I was kinda disappointed but I still enjoyed it. The Drama is pretty funny. The actors acted out their characters very well. Especially the person who acted out Tamaki. He got Tamaki's character all right but.....his hair bothers me! He has to be blonde!!! Or else he can't have the same atmosphere or whatever. It doesn't feel right.

The actors for Kaoru and Hikaru......I-....just wow. You know what? Every time I read the manga or watch the anime or drama and see Kaoru and Hikaru.....it feels like a Yaoi......anyways! The actors for them did a great job. But they could be hotter.....forgive me.

My big big big problem is.......Honey senpai!!! He doesn't look like and sound like him!!! ARGH!! But I love his bunny though! I want Usa-chan soo bad!!!
